We love planning cultural weddings and celebrations that blend traditions, and take care to preserve their authenticity.
Tea Ceremony
We organise the traditional Chinese tea ceremony — arrangement, presentation and the correct tea-pouring order — and help source traditional attire while liaising with family to preserve cultural authenticity.
Christian & Catholic Church
We manage the church ceremony’s logistics: liaising with your priest or pastor, arranging the rehearsal, styling within church guidelines and coordinating the procession, readings, hymns and traditions.
Poruwa Ceremony
We coordinate every element of the traditional Sri Lankan Poruwa ceremony — an experienced Kapuwa, the Poruwa platform design and setup, rituals such as the betel leaf exchange and thread tying, drummers and ceremonial items.

Can I use my own vendors?
Yes, absolutely! If you’ve already booked some vendors or have specific people in mind, we’re more than happy to work with them. Our role is to bring everything together seamlessly — whether they’re your dream team or ours.
What if I’ve already started planning?
That’s totally fine! We can step in at any stage of the planning process and tailor our services to what you need.
Do you travel?
Yes! We love a good road trip (and a plane ride!). We’re based in Melbourne but happy to travel across Victoria and beyond for your celebration. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
Do you help with cultural weddings or blended traditions?
Yes! We absolutely love planning cultural weddings and celebrations that blend traditions. Whether it’s a tea ceremony, a religious element or a cultural performance, we’d be honoured to help incorporate what’s meaningful to you.
Do you work with all budgets?
We work with a range of budgets and always aim to get the most value for your investment. During our discovery call we’ll get to know your vision and priorities so we can create a plan that works for you.
How far in advance should I book?
For full planning, most couples book 12–18 months out. For coordination only, we recommend reaching out at least 6 months in advance — though we can accommodate shorter timeframes.
